Details
[Edit]A compilation of some of the fundamental quintet's biggest hits: "Asa Branca," "Freviola," "Roda de Ciranda," "Baião da Garoa," and "Sant'Ana" (all from their debut album Quinteto Violado, from 1972, which still wasn't reissued in CD format), "Vaquejada," "Beira de Estrada," "Cavalo Marinho," "Baião do Quinji," "Forró do Dominguinhos," "Duda do Frevo," "Pipoquinha," and "Três Três" (from the second album, Berra Boi, 1973), "Assum Preto" (from A Feira, 1974), "Roda de Ciranda No. 2," "Sete Meninas" (with Dominguinhos), "A Volta da Asa Branca" (from Folguedo, 1975), "Mourão Voltado" and "Palavra Acesa" (from Até à Amazônia?, 1978), the latter receiving national acclamation 15 years after the original release, being included on the soap opera Renascer's soundtrack. This compilation also includes an original phonogram recorded by Luiz Gonzaga in 1949. Poorly informative inlay.
