[Edit]Chicago's Radakka have been around since the end of the '80s, but their traditional, melodic metal sound had fallen out of favor with the record-buying public, meaning that it took until 1998 for the band to have an album released domestically. Requiem of the Innocent is well played and tightly constructed, proving that trad metal can still flourish musically in the post-death metal era.
