[Edit]In this energetic album, Sá & Guarabyra continue trying to modernize their regional approach to MPB with mainstream electric/orchestral arrangements, but manage to instill in it their singularity. "A Estrangeira" brings some regional violas spicing the beautiful Northeastern-inspired melody with contemporary brass arrangements. "No Mundo é Assim," "Bati a Porta," and "Deus que Socorrei" are delightful baiões, also in a modern dressing. Fortunately they spared listeners from the terribly cheesy ballads like their interpretation for "Yolanda."
