[Edit]This Christmas LP is quite enjoyable due in large part to the notable personel: Jim Galloway on soprano, the brilliant stride pianist Ralph Sutton, bassist Milt Hinton and drummer Gus Johnson. Despite the absence of "Jingle Bells," this is a well-rounded set of swing-oriented jazz with highlights including "Santa Claus Is Coming to Town," "Winter Wonderland," "Santa Claus Came in the Spring" and "Let It Snow."
