Details
[Edit]Four Corners Suite is an aural portrait of the magical deserts of the Southwest where Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona and Utah meet. While there are two solo guitar tracks on this album, most of the pieces sport sophisticated layered arrangements. Co-producer Bob Kindler plays a key role here, both with his own heavily featured cello, and by arranging and conducting a string section culled from The Honolulu Symphony Orchestra, while his brother Steve provides tasty violin leads on a couple of tunes. The album is divided into four suites, each with three pieces named after the geographical locations where they were composed. Scott Moulton's music is graceful and uplifting, reflecting the spirit of the places that inspired him. ~ Backroads Music/Heartbeats, Rovi
