[Edit]This Christian-oriented punk rock group seems to hit the nail on the proverbial head with a full dose of energy and enthusiasm which aptly compensates for some low points in the album. The one noticeable trait is how the songs seem beefier and a bit slower than their previous efforts. Getting off to a terrific start with "My Ignorance" and "Pass Me By," lead singer Ryan Kepke tends to fail performance-wise in the messy "Friday Nite." The song tends to be aimless, venturing into classic rock riffs and hard punk bridges without any sort of structure or forethought. But "Ten Ways" returns to a classic hard punk approach with the cymbal smashing and almost classical approach to guitar playing. Most of the album tends to be a bit more melodic or emocore in its style, but songs such as "Remember" are rejuvenated during the bridge for another breakneck tempo. "No More Words" comes off a heavy metal rhythm section underneath its punk overtones. The rhythms and overall sound are similar to most punk bands such as Blink 182 and Good Riddance, as well as Good Charlotte, but a bit more refinement could be used to enhance the project.
