[Edit]This ten-man ska organization has the fast ska beat and all the happy, positive trappings of a good ska project. There are a couple of things that set them out, for me. Foremost is this is the must successful integration of keyboards into ska. There is a nickelodeon sound in "Bluetelle" and a 70s rock nod in "Operation Thunderballs." Props to keyboardist/accordionist Peter Cowan on this. Also, the CD is broken up by instrumental to allow the horn players to stretch in long jazzy solos. For example, the slow "For Laura" and the upbeat "Meat Dance."
