[Edit]Mystery & Terror Sounds is an above average collection of screams and rattling chains that begins appropriately with a track titled "Midnight Gongs." Squeaking doors, falling bodies, and a particularly disturbing offering called "Glass Cutting Flesh" represent only a portion of this 78-track chronicle of the dark arts. While the occasional keyboard patch rears its ugly head, the majority of the samples are from true sources, making this a must-have for the demonic laughter purist.
