[Edit]This second of two CDs once again teams together the hard swinging but cool-toned tenor of Spike Robinson with veteran trumpeter Harry "Sweets" Edison. Accompanied by pianist Ross Tompkins, bassist Monty Budwig and drummer Paul Humphrey, the two complementary horn soloists are in fine form on a variety of standards and blues. The music always swings and, even if no surprises occur, the chemistry makes this set (along with its first volume) worth picking up.
