Stryper follow up 2013’s critically praised No More Hell to Pay with a live retrospective album that surveys tunes from all phases of the Christian rock combo’s career. Recorded onstage in October 2013, Live at the Whisky captures the band blazing forth on their old Sunset Strip stomping grounds with a palpable ferocity and sense of mission. All of the above are present here as frontman Michael Sweet reaches deep into the band’s catalog for songs from '80s-era albums (like The Yellow and Black Attack and Soldiers Under Command) through tracks from their recent post-reunion projects.
