The highly anticipated album from Big Tiger will be a welcome addition for many Southern gangsta rap fans. Compared with some of the stuff coming out of the South in 2001, he's a lyrical genius. The beats fit his rhyming style, with smooth basslines and interesting sampling. There have been a lot of expectations given to the Swisha House label to put out some quality music, and this is a decent beginning for one of its headlining acts. There are plenty of guest appearances here, with Mista Masta, Archie Lee, AD, Al Bolden, and Big Pic each surfacing several times. Highlight tracks are "Tiger Is His Name," "Grippin Grain," and two of Tiger's solo tracks, "Ex-Girlfriend" and "Steal Off," work really well.
