[Edit]With the first track starting out with some weird, sloppy number that combine off-tempo screams, distorted guitars, and a drummer who sounds as if he doesn't know how to keep a beat, one could fear the worst with what the rest of this record is all about. But as Cigarette progresses, Tel Aviv contains a soothing (almost spacy) lo-fi slice of acoustic guitars and mumbling but melodic vocals. Experimental, but listenable at the same time.
