That Telekinesis—a.k.a. Seattle auteur Michael Benjamin Lerner—fits these disparate sounds into the soul-satisfying puzzle of Dormarion is a testament to his mastery. When the distortion clouds disappear on the acoustic “Symphony,” superb songwriting shines brightly.
