[Edit]Engineered by Alex Chilton, the Royal Pendletons' debut album, Oh Yeah Baby, was recorded after several years of performing together on the club circuit, and that band chemistry shows on garage-raunch originals like "You've Got to Pay the Chinaman," "Mecca," and "Hot Baby," as well as covers of tunes by Earl King, the Velairs, the Coastliners, and James Brown.
