Details
[Edit]This instrumental tribute to Moby collects tracks from only three of the ironic electronicist's records, namely Everything Is Wrong (1995), I Like to Score (1997), and the 1999 breakthrough Play. The arrangements for viola, violin, cello, and bass glide predictably through tracks like "God Moving Over the Face of the Water," as the original already had the feel of a classical film score. Similarly, the hushed tones of "Hymn" and "Why Does My Heart Feel So Bad?" illustrate Moby's penchant for the structure at home in a chamber arrangement.
