Details
[Edit]Former UFO members Phil Mogg (vocals) and Pete Way (drums) united in 1997 as Mogg-Way, hiring guitarist George Bellas and drummer Aynsley Dunbar to complete the hard rock band. There isn't much difference between Mogg-Way's debut album, Edge of the World, and UFO, apart from Bellas' tendency to throw out Yngwie Malmsteen licks. Even though he attempts to emulate Michael Schenker, Bellas doesn't really sit well with the group's stodgy, bluesy hard rock, especially since his technique outstrips the other members'. Despite the awkward chemistry, there are enough moments on Edge of the World to make it of interest to hardcore UFO fans.
