These reworkings of cherry-picked songs from the Canadian Christian rap-rock trio’s 2012 album The End Is Where We Begin reveal a band taking risks and trying new approaches to their music. British electronic dance music DJ Andy Hunter has a penchant for producing infectious beats, giving his remixes a heavy dose of octane boost. Family Force 5’s Solomon Olds imports some of his Georgia crunk into a twitchy, glitchy reconstruction of “Light Up the Sky.” He matches his sonic trimmings to those rhymed by frontman Trevor McNevan. “Let the Sparks Fly” gets a progressive dance touch by Robbie Bronnimann.
