[Edit]Crystal Oscillations is a set of rhythmic electronica from Timeshard. The frantic and frenetic rhythms border on techno. To some folks, this qualifies as ambient or new ambient. This music is neither innocuous nor interesting, so it does not fit the widely accepted definition (as proffered by Brian Eno) of ambient music. There are artists performing in this style who do it much more creatively. This disc would qualify as an interesting selection from the cutout bin.
