[Edit]Continuous Mix Tribute to Destiny's Child is a collection of the superstar group's biggest hits, mixed into one another and reformatted as house and 2-step. (Destiny's Child themselves do not appear on this recording.) It's not a very effective tribute, as hits like "Bootylicous," "Say My Name," and "Independent Women, Pt.1" lose their resonance once the group's distinctive vocals are replaced by male and female studio musicians singing over drastically rearranged versions of the songs. The collection is sufficient as a "party" mix — it's predominantly upbeat, with a few uninspired slow jams providing breaks in the action. But a motive for purchase is unclear, as Destiny's Child themselves released a self-tribute of sorts in early 2002 with This Is the Remix, Rovi
