[Edit]This deluxe edition of Velvet Crush's 1999 LP features a fully remastered Free Expression, demo versions of the entire set list, expanded liner notes, additional photography, and the reinstatement of some cutting room floor material. The Crush have certainly endured an unfair share of underappreciation. And if anything's going to see expanded release, it might as well be Expression, which in many ways is the best representation of the group's pristine pop sound. But isn't it a bit presumptuous (or even pompous) to do all of this a mere four years after the album's original issue? That argument aside, Velvet Crush completists will likely eat this set up. After all, they're the kind of fan base that keeps a separate reissues section in the record collection, so the expanded Free Expression, Rovi
