[Edit]This seasonal release of Wind Machine combines beautiful original compositions with traditional songs, including Spanish, French and Jewish pieces. In addition to zither, guitars, keyboards, bass and percussion, many of the selections feature the music of the guitjo, a Wind Machine invention that has the bass strings of the guitar replaced with higher-pitched treble strings, giving the instrument a unique, harp-like sound in perfect resonance with this season. Two of the cuts are culled from the classical repertoire: Pachelbel's Canon and the Adagio of these compositions once again place them in a class by themselves.
