Details
[Edit]Marco Dolce, aka Xumantra, is a student of Tibetan singing bowls and their history. He explains that there is no documentation of their use in ancient rituals, but that "rumors" refer to secrecy about their roles. Singing Bowls, his debut CD, demonstrates the sonority and power of the bowls. The vibrations and harmonics tune to the synapses of the brain. Deep listeners will enter into a trancelike state. Meditation is a natural occurrence, almost unavoidable. These instruments are ideal for this purpose. This disc will appeal to fans of Life in Balance, Karma Moffett, Thea Surasu, and Klaus Wiese.
