Biography
[Edit]Formerly known as PortoLatino, under which name they recorded their self-titled 1996 debut, the all-female Puerto Rican vocal group Velas was the brainchild of New York producer Sergio George. Under their new moniker, they resurfaced in 1998 with No Stoppin.
