Bill Hammel is a DJ and producer whose label, Sunkissed, has made a considerable contribution to progressive house. The label is based out of Florida and runs along its sister label, Teknology, which is devoted to the more mellow sound of Sunkissed. Hammel's productions have appeared on various albums including John Digweed's Bedrock compilation. In 1999 he released Bill Hammel vs. Blue Horizon, who are artists on Sunkissed label. Hammel's edition of the Nokturnel Mix Sessions series followed in early 2000.
