Brainoil is a three-piece from Southern California that specializes in brutal sludge metal. Formed from the ashes of several hardcore and metal bands, Brainoil recorded a split EP in 2001 with fellow noise masters Cuervo that was recorded by Noah Landis of Neurosis.
