Ben Wheelock is the brain behind the one-man ensemble of Eiffel Tower. With his craft of pop that's driven by indie riffs and electronic backings, Eiffel Tower's bounce of uplifting antics are impossible not to dance to. Monitor Records recognized this and released their self-titled debut album in 1999.
