Ise Lyfe is a socially conscious rapper from Oakland, CA, who is also an acclaimed spoken word artist, educator, and community organizer. He made his full-length album debut in 2006 with SpreadtheWORD on the independent label Hard Knock Records. A couple years later he released his second album, Prince Cometh (2008), on 7even89ine Music.
