Biography
[Edit]Born and raised in New York City, Jillian grew up taking dance lessons, appearing in music videos, and modeling as an adult. Deciding to also venture into dance music, she released her debut single, I Wanna Let Go, which gained some airplay on local radio stations, in 2003. Three years later Love U All Over came out.
