Ian Ion of the Overlords formed the Liquid'Z project to explore the ambient space music of the 1970s, including Eno and Tangerine Dream. Apnoea & Amphibia, released in September 1998, included two discs of analog synthesizer and sequencer trance, plus frequent samples and tape loops.
