Biography
[Edit]Noel Torres is a regional Mexican singer/songwriter whose 2011 album Al Frente y de Frente was a hit on the Billboard charts. Born in Culiacán, Sinaloa, and based in Los Angeles, California, he released the album on Del Records in association with Sony and released the song "El Tiempo Contigo" as a single. A year prior, Torres was featured as a guest vocalist on the Gerardo Ortíz single "Comando del Diablo."
