[Edit]Psychologist and guided relaxation expert Paul Overman, Ph.D, is a lecturer, writer and director of Quantumlink, where he develops stress-reducing and performance-enhancing audio programs. In 1999 he collaborated with musician/engineer James Kurtz on the Ten Minutes To Relax series for the Relaxation Company.
