Biography
[Edit]The German band Plan B modeled itself after such occasionally grandiose social commentators as U2 and the Clash. After two German-only EPs and the 1986 LP Fortune Favors Fools, the quintet saw its first Stateside release with 1990's The Greenhouse Effect.
