Biography
[Edit]Minneapolis modern rock quartet the Melismatics featured Ryan Smith (vocals, guitar, piano), Jeremy Ylvisaker (guitar, organ), Mark Wade (bass), and Ron Caron (drums). The band's debut album, New Infection, released by Susstones Records in 2003, blended odes to hard rock, punk, and power pop.
